"I would recommend this text ?it is thorough, accurate, and clear. They style of writing can make this text accessible to undergraduates at most colleges and universities, plus it needs to be noted that this latter is accomplished without having to sacrifice complex material or concepts. Throughout the text, age-related changes are neither over-stated nor under-stated: permitting a balanced and accurate depiction of the research on aging and its implications for real people."

I am my students complete the course with a much-improved understanding in the normal processes of aging? I am the book?s greatest strength is its readability?it helps if the fabric may be understood and is also fairly enjoyable. I think the Cavanaugh and Blanchard-Fields text is good at doing this. A second strength from the text is how the citations are current?the authors have kept pace with among these changes and demonstrate to students the dynamic nature on this field."
